ABOUT PAULA

Throughout her 27-year mortgage career, Paula has worked across the industry as a loan processor, underwriter, private mortgage banker and mortgage broker. Her broad experience affords Paula the ability to successfully navigate a borrower throughout the entire mortgage process, from pre-qualification to loan funding. Paula’s personal touch is the heart of Tender Lending Care.

As an active member of Team Networking, Paula offers a strong referral network of trusted professionals. Whether you need a mover, financial advisor, attorney, or other service provider, she can connect you with the best and brightest.

Paula founded the Tribute Lending Company, LLC in February 2017 along with her husband Sean after a series of bank-mergers and corporate cultures no longer fit Paula’s personal mortgage philosophy. Recognized consistently by D Magazine as a Best Mortgage Professional, Paula is respected by her peers and customers alike.

Paula is also an avid community volunteer having served as PTA President, Scouting America, HOA Village Representative and more! Paula continues to give back to the local community and volunteers as much as possible. 

The Schneyer Family has lived in DFW since January 2002. Paula and Sean have two sons, Kendall and Keaton. Kendall is studying at Georgia Tech while Keaton attends Little Elm ISD. 

In her free time, Paula can be found in her studio creating custom jewelry or crafting a new project. The family loves to travel, particularly when scuba diving is involved!
